just to update, i made to Madrid early December ,and met with local friends and professionals in my field FINANCE; the reality is that I was thinking of maybe moving back to Madrid (live in the 1970's another era), well even thus the food and media prices were lower than Paris, the food was lower period, the housing is almost the same ,expensive, and the salaries wowwwww!!! you are talking easily 20K to 30K less for the same job!!! Do not know how they survive with that equation? I am with professional recruiters who eagerly tells me i can offer you X, but when I say what I make here, they shrug,oh well.... Needless to say, i think for now i just visit ::)
