I am ready to start my papperwork with the Spanish Embasy here in the USA and one of the documents they asked me to subbmit is my father's birth certificate and I have no idea how can I get it. My father is now deceased and I have no more family left in Spain. I know that he was born in Madird (Vicalbo)?? on July 31 1937. Can anyone help me with what to do?
