The Daylight Savings Time: - starts every last Sunday of March, when the clock is advanced from 2am to 3am. - ends every last Sunday of October, when the clock is moved back from 3am to 2am. This means that every last Sunday of October there are two 2:24am, two 2:45am,... and so on.
