Hector, I don't know if we will get to Valladolid city. We are going to Rueda for sure as that is where my MIL is from. Can't miss Rueda's white wines. In the event that we do go to the city, I will make a note of the restaurant that you mentioned. Were the tours that you took in English? Unfortunately most of my family, as American as they are , doesn't speak Spanish.

Pedmar, seeing as you are a wine enthusiast, is there a winery in the Comunidad de Madrid that you recommend?
