I need to chose between 2 apartments in Madrid. Both are similar in price and style. One is at Calle de Francisco Silvela/Calle de Maldonado, the other is at Calle de O'Donnell/Calle de Narvaez (this one is closer to Retiro Park, but no satellite TV). Any feedback from others familiar with Madrid will be greatly appreciated. I have never been there before.

If your traveling to work than take the one that has the best connections. ie direct metro or bus line. Regarding TV if you buy a DVT box about 50 euros you'll get some channels channels in English (ie OV option) usually films.
