Steve-o! According to
their website:
BOLSA DE MADRID GUIDED TOUR
"BME, Spanish Exchanges"
Every working day morning, the Madrid Stock Exchange opens its doors to all visitors for a guided-tour within the XIXth century Palacio de la Bolsa. The tour includes a visit to the exhibition "BME". All visitors are encouraged to ask as doubts arise, assuming a dynamic and active role.
The visit is, approximately, 60 minutes long.
During the month of July will be suspended the guided-tour.

I too have seen this beautiful building on TV and would like to take a peek inside someday.
Someone correct me if I'm misinterpreting the above, but it seems that you CAN tour the stock exchange but not the exchange floor, "
Parquet Bolsa de Madrid".
