We did a daytrip Madrid-Sevilla one Good Friday (departing Madrid on the 07:30 AVE); caught an exterior loop bus at Santa Justa and arrived at el portal de la Macarena just as the Processions were returning to the Basilica.
We got a 25% discount on AVE for 'same day return'
