The Vuelta a Espana starts today in Seville , with a night time team time trial. It goes around Sppain for 3 weeks finishing up in Madrid on the 19th of September . The top sprinter in the world Britain's Mark Cavendish says he will be riding until the final stage so will be favourite to win the stage in Madrid.

I have to say I cannot get my head around watching cycling . The same with golf ...One man´s meat etc...... I´ll probably keep an eye on it though . First up is the bullfight tomorrow !

Unfortunately not an easy race to follow in person this year. Very disjointed with lots of transfers. So for the first time in many years I will be watching it on my TV in the UK
