The curriculum looks yummy!!!
I, too, am looking forward to canas (wish I could input accents) afterwards!

MM, I just need to call now and confirm with a card!

I have cooked from Spanish cookbooks for years (in both Spanish and English) and with Esperanza with us, we will be able to figure out the terms...This is going to be very educational and I'm so excited that I will have friends there with me!!!

laduque, they told you in the email that you had to call with a card to confirm? Really? As mentioned before when I called, they only took my first name and phone number and nothing else at this time until they had their 6 person minimum signed up.

Yeah, I'm really looking forward to it! And "those around me" are equally as excited that I'll know better how to cook "their favorites".

Saludos, MadridMan

I know. Hubby thinks it's because i'm signing up from the U.S. or something. I think we'll ask when we call.

Any updates on this? Who's "officially" signed up? Has anyone paid yet? I have to send them an email to tell them I'm not able to answer my phone - in case they ask for payment for my reserved place in the cooking class.

Saludos, MadridMan

Has anyone paid yet? Or, has the cooking school asked for payment yet?
