We know ATM most likely give you the best exchange except for the extra fees so where can you find the best exchange rates for the US dollar and places that do not take out a high commission.We will be over close to plaza mayor but on the Metro A LOT.

i hear capital bank in the USA or USAAA credit union have nice packages. Yes the best is the ATM withdrawal

if you bank with Bank of America in the USA you get free ATM withdrawals at Barclays branches in Spain. I used to do it at the one by the Plaza de Colon.
