The Peñafiel Castle in Peñafiel, Valladolid, Castilla y León, is one of Spain's best restored and most beautiful castles in my opinion. I visited there about 4 years ago.
The castle itself is basically an empty hull, having very little inside, mostly hollow, but there are a number of displays of suits of armor and period furniture.
In the hillside of the castle is where, since the beginning of time, has been home to "caves" or "bodegas" where wine IS/was fermented, stored, and aged. One can buy wine all over the place here.
If you can visit it, be sure to do so. As you seen in Admiral44's video, there are some spectacular views from above.
