Penelope Cruz has been nominated AGAIN for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the movie "NINE". (haven't seen it yet)

The Comunidad de Madrid is, no doubt, VERY proud of one of its own, not only for her body (of work ) but also for being nominated twice in two years - last year she won. Doesn't that USUALLY mean that she won't win two years in a row? Although Tom Hanks had a quite a string of wins there.
