I searched this forum for information about this pension and the reviews came up rather mixed. Anyone recently stay there?
I do not mind spartan conditions, as long as the place is clean and safe.
Mongo, you wrote in your review that some rooms are nicer than others. Could you specify that? Would you reccomend staying there?

I would appreciate any comments or any other suggestions for lodgings in BCN.

P.S.: BTW, MadridMan, no luck with the opera, but we got tickets for a performance of Handel´s Messiah at the Palau de la Musica!!!! Can´t wait...

I stayed there earlier this year in February and will no longer recommend the Dali. It has become too expensive for the basic hostal that it is.
