Thanks for the suggestion. It would be great to meet and say hello. Lunch is a problem as I will be at the Rocodromo at Campo de Campo most days for the Tennis. I will be staying in the Barrio del Palacio and would like to suggest a morning coffee and croissant either on the Tuesday on Wednesday (maybe about 10am). Would you be available?

robbieroy, I'm always "tied up" (figuratively speaking) in the morning as they aren't particularly flexible for me. When does the last tennis match finish on those nights? Maybe we can get together for dinner or tapas or just a beer.

I Just arrived in Madrid about 2 hours ago and I must admit, it is great to be back.
The day session finishes aboout 7pm, so we could meet up on Tues or Wed. I have some friends coming up from Malaga so it might be a mini get together. SOmewhere central would be great, eg Madrid Cathedral. Do you know anything about the parades tomorrow?

Wednesday is now better for me than Tuesday (today) but I have a 6pm meeting Wednesday and not sure when it'll end. Anyone else have ideas, suggestions about an informal get together?

This more or less rules out October for me then as I´m off to London for 10 days on Thursday. Perhaps I´ll start a new thread and we can try and have a lunch in November.

Personally I´m more a tapas type standing up for lunch than a menu, but am happy with either. If anyone else fancies tapas I know a couple of good places round the Ibiza metro area.
