Then if we were to plan a route of the tapas bars to be visited, anyone arriving late or who gets separated etc. will know where to go to find the rest of the party.

In a couple of weeks I will try to put together a list of preferred tapas bars from the forum.
That should be a good start. Maybe those with a good knowlege of Madrid can offer some advice about the routing.

I'll be moving to Madrid in a week so I'll be around. Can't really say for sure what's happening in a month but I'm definitely interested in attending if able.

The reason I'm suggesting this place is because they have good tapas, it won't be a confusing place to meet because it's small and well lit.
