Room to let June-Sept in Opera.

GREAT flat in Casa de Palencia, right on the viaduct, next ot he the Almudena cathedral. Small double room. Lovely spanish flat mates, WIFI, cable, playstation... you name it.

This is initially a summer let, but could turn into more...

Does it have air conditioning? THAT'S A BIG QUESTION for Madrid in the summer. I'd imagine with the quality location that it would have a/c but would like to make sure.
