Hola!

I'm an American English teacher who will soon be returning to the States, but would like to see if anyone would be interested in my great apartment in Madrid!

I live with an Italian and a Spaniard (mid 20s) in a furnished piso in the Barrio de Salamanca (Madrid's most posh) between Metro Goya and Principe de Vergara. It's a lovely, sunny, interior apartment. It's fully furnished and has an elevator and doorman. My roommate, who owns the apartment, wants one month rent in advance. With all utilities included, DSL (wireless!) and telephone the rent is 335 euros/month. It's a steal!
