We are a young Spanish software start up company, facing a European expansion. We look for: - A marketing & administration assistant. - Preferrably economics, marketing or commercial degree (but not necessary). - Age: 22 to 35. - Native English or German. Fluent Spanish (able to sell "on the phone"). Other EU languages appreciated. - Based in our offices in Madrid. - Experience is not needed, but use of Office package, and "marketing style" writing skills are a must.
We offer: - A good opportunity to join a young and enterpreneurial team. - A fast growing multinational company. - Training on the job, with state-of-the-art technology. - A indefinite contract (six months trial period), and a good wage and bonus pack .
We prefer not to disclose the name of the company for the moment. Candidates please, send your CV to:
reclutemos@hotmail.com
Fernando.

Hello kasin! Thanks for posting your job offering but.. We prefer not to disclose the name of the company for the moment. Candidates please, send your CV to:
WHO would ever apply for a job with a "mystery company"??? Any reputable company would be proud to freely announce the name. That's very suspicious and would make me cautious. Saludos, MadridMan

I think it is a lack of respect to publish an offer job in which no information about the company is revealed, and the only contact is a hotmail e-mail.
As a spaniard I will never apply for such a company. You want curricula, which is a very personal document which contains sensitive information; the least you can do is to offer information about your company.

Is legal and usual.
And it is even reasonable because it let people adjust the type of profile they seek.

unfortunately this is the norm in spain... it is very common for companies not to give their name in job ads, or to "hide" behind an employment agency name... i think it is absurd, but unfortunately employers in spain are able to treat the work force like s&"%·&" because of high unemployment, so you just kind of have to accept it

Fine and well not to disclose the name of the company, but sending the CV to a hotmail address does not bode well.!
