Hi This is janel again. Here are more details.
Its a room in a shared apartment. Now 2 spanish guys but one moves out and i move in in Sept. Im american, 28 the guy who stays is also 28. Its on the 2nd floor, interior apartment, no balcony, but there is elevator. We don´t smoke but you can if you want and we are looking for either male or female. Room has a single bed. But for now through sept 15 the big room is open, with double-queen sized bed. price depends but at least 250euros a month if its temp.
