Does anyone know when the movie Altriste will begin filming, and where it will be filmed?

Question: Who is Alatriste? Is that a Spanish director? I checked the Internet Movie Database and found two recent directors with that name but neither has done anything in the last 5-10 years and nothing planned in the future either.

OR, do you mean the movie entitled ALATRISTE ?? This one is said to now be in "Pre-Production" and there's no further information on dates other than it's scheduled to be released in 2005.
