everytime(for some time) i connect to etb sat i have to rise the volume on computer any way i can.

why? because i cant hear the shows well because i think that there is a sound problem in there somewhere.

im telling you this i know you want the best out of your website for other people,and your willing to help when problems arise with it.

I'm very sorry for your problem. Unfortunately, I have no control of the quality of sound or connections. This is strictly a function of the server broadcasting the feed from the TV/Radio station in Spain. There's a good chance they'll fix the problem in the next few days/weeks.
