There cyber cafe's all over MAdrid. There's one specific cafe I go to right smack in the middle of Puerta De Sol. You can't miss it.

Yup! JoeSambuca's right as usual. There are cybercafes on nearly every city block in the old center of Madrid. The biggies are easyEverything on Calle Montera, just up from the Puerta del Sol, and BBIGG , up from Plaza de Canalejas on Calle de Alcalá. But there are dozens of smaller ones too.
