I've met some journalists here in the US that were wokring for a magazine or TV station names something like LOKAS. Has anybody heard of this news media? Would love to know more about it if anybody can help

Are you saying that you thought this media company was from Spain or are you asking about an "American" company?

If you still have access to those you met try to get their exact name so that your search in, say, www.Google.com could yield more results. Good luck!

LOKAS??? It doesn't sound familiar at all, if anything, that name would be appropiate for some gay themed TV station or magazine. (Some gay males sometimes refer to themselves as 'locas' or 'loquitas'(female for crazy))
There is a local fairly new Tv station in Madrid called Localia.
