Did you check with the U.S. Embassy? They frequently have information (but not recommendations) about accountants and tax preparers as well as lawyers and doctors. They don't have any on their website, but may have names of those who have left info with the Consular Section which I have seen in Mexico, the UK, Argentina and here in Romania. The IRS rep covering Spain is in Paris.
