Hola!

Are there any folk who can offer any advice regarding buying a holiday home in Spain. Not for me sadly but family are wanting to know whats the best area to look in. Ideally somewhere not too far from the coast and not populated by holiday makers. Is the Basque Country cooler than mainland Spain?

I would very much appreciate help and advice from people who have made the move and bought property abroad or have an understanding of what to look out for!
