Greetings,

We are heading off to Spain for about a month beginning in April (travelling from Australia) and were wishing to book lodgings in advance.

Unfortunately, our Spanish is very average which means that we cannot simply pick up the phone and make a booking.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good hostel/pension who is contactable by email.

Most all of those establishments ("hostales") listed on the MadridMan\'s Madrid Hostels " page accept emails and many of them have online reservation request forms built in. Easy! Probably more than 75% of them have an English version as well.
