My husband and I will soon be traveling to Spain to visit our daughter who is studying in Madrid. Through your forum, we have been able to find and book at the Hostal Adriano while in Madrid. We are now looking for such a place in Granada; the three of us will be traveling there via train in mid-March. Any ideas?

Many years ago, I stayed at Hostal Carlos V which is reviewed favourably in Concierge.com. You may want to have a look there. More expensive is the recently renovated Hotel Inglaterra which is extremely central. It was a comfortable if run down hotel when I was there in a previous lifetime and is now part of the NH chain.
