Going to Barcelona and Madrid in early Sept. What temperatures should I expect day/night in both cities. We enjoy dining out so what dress is appropriate during day/night???

You can see a month-to-month weather/climate guide on the USA Today for Madrid and Barcelona . The highs are likely daytime highs and the lows are nighttime lows.
