were flying TAP into madrid, then to lisbon. And were leaving our vacation the same route.

has anyone flown this airline before? weve never heard of it.

I have flown with them several times - their service (International Routes) is generally excellent; but they probably share some of the 'downsides' of other national carriers (like Iberia, for example). Some of the flight attendants (and Gate Agents) act like Political appointees.

I have flown with la TAP to Madeira via Lisbon and everything worked out perfect. Nice staff and nice food. The only problem was that Madeira Airport was very small and it seemed the land finished before the plane was in the air. Very scary!
