Major gloating here! I just got back from Spain with 2 wheels of Manchego and 6 bottles of rioja and tinto. Yesterday we were nibbling on olivas, pan, manchego, pisto manchego (I like to cook) and tinto de verano. Only thing I need now is the Caseras.
