Is/has anyone going to study at SLU Madrid this fall? I'll be going for my MA in English and am just looking to see where other people are coming from, any input, etc.

I've got a friend who studied at SLU. He's from Sweden but he had studied in the USA before comming to Spain. I haven't seen him since January, but I guess he's still here in Madrid because he was looking for a job then.

A teacher of mine lived just in front of the main building, and as far as I'm concerned, the majority of SLU students are Americans, but you've got people from other countries as well. It might be a good idea that you visit the UCM because it's not far away from your university, it's full of international students and you'll have the opportunity of meeting Spaniards which is an asset if you're planning to stay here for a long period so that you can practice Spanish too.
