I am sure there are much easier ways to find an "intercambio," but one way I know of is to go to International House (you can find the address at www.ihmadrid.com) and look at their bulletin board. People looking to start intercambios post meeting times and contact numbers on the bulletin board there. I am sure other schools do the same.
