can someone suggest me an inexpensive spanish school in Madrid?

Really depends on what you consider cheap and how you evaluate their worth. I used Club Ivy when I first arrived and found then good value at about 50€ per month for 3 hours per week, maximum 7 per class.
I'm sure that there are cheaper out there, but I've heard stories of classes so large that by the time every one has taken turn to 'Me llamo...' it was time to go home.
I would advise taking care, there is one large school I won't name, but when I first arrived and was making enquiries were demanding a 100€ 'registration' fee before they were willing to even discuss what my expectations, requirements and availablity were. Obviously set up to catch 'guiris' fresh off the plane and with a wad of Euros burning a hole in their pockets.
