I am planning to go to San Sebastian to study Spanish this fall and wanted to ask if

1 - Anyone has attended or knowas anything about the International House-Lacunza language program

2 - How expensive is the city. I am trying to do this on a tight budget

According to a news broadcast a few weeks ago in Spain (sorry I don't know the channel , it was the news program whose anchor is a woman with shoulder length brown hair, she is pretty distinctive looking), San Sebastian is the second most expensive city in the country, right after Barcelona, beating out Madrid. But I am not sure whether that was based on housing or meals or what. Perhaps it is some help, anyway.

They were speaking of housing. The rest of the prices may be slightly over the average.
