Zacara - your profile didn't allow me to respond directly to you re Hostel Atenas in the Santa Cruz district in Sevilla. In answer to your questions - I don't believe there was an elevator - the building is only a few floors and there is no need for one. As far as air conditioning - I was there in March/April and there was no need for air - so I don't know. I seem to recall ceiling fans in the lobby so perhaps not. You might want to email them or check their web site for more info.
