Hi all,

I was wondering if any one could help me out i wish to move to spain within the next 8 months. My spanish is very limited but i am learning. My long term plan is to learn as much about the country and culture as possible, i am not too fussed as to what kind of work to do, i can turn my hand to anything from bar, catering to Administrating small computer networks. I am think of starting out small though i just really need some advise on what my options for work are as a none fluent spanish speaker. I would i be able to find work in bars/cafes quickly in madrid or Barcelona or would i have to head to the tourist areas. Any info would be great thanks in advance.

If you want to start small, try a PR job for a hotel in the area. I know in the Canary Islands, the hotels hire people to hand out publicity to passers-by and to basically market the hotel. Good luck.
