Last year, while in Granada, I tasted a delicious tapa that seemed to be carmelized onions over a slice of bread with (perhaps...) a sort of blue cheese drizzled over the top, but only a few stripes of this. I might have that last part incorrect.

Has anyone heard of this? If so, what's the name, and recipe would be very helpful.
