Has anyone ever eaten here? Looks like a take off from the El Bulli restaurant in Girona. I had emailed them about a reservation but have not heard back as they are closed until March. I was wondering if is is as difficult to get a reservation here as in Girona, which can be a year!

Ok, I'll update myself. Looks like reservations should be made at least 1 month in advance. It is a Michelin **. If I go in the spring, I will update this and tell you all how diner was.
