Well, was lucky to be in Madrid on Sunday, 16 April. Ate lunch at El Buey (web: http://www.restauranteelbuey.com/ ) near the Palacio Real with MM and company. MM can post the details because he will have them better than me. Point is: Food and service are fantastic. Special was the buey served raw and then the ceramic platters that are hot as your 4th of July grill. Cook your own and enjoy. Don't miss this place but reserve! It is very busy.
