Going back over next week for a few days to indulge in the usual feast of tapas washed down with excellent wine but this time we fancy visiting a few hotel rooftop bars, I know of one on Gran Via just up from Banco but no others, anyone help?

A nice bar-restaurant that has a rooftop bar is called El Viajero. Address: Plza. Cebada, 11 Its in the area of La Latina, about a couple blocks from the metro at the end of Cava Alta.

there's a hidden terrace in tirso de molina. it's called the casa de granada. can't remember the name of the street, it's the one that goes up to plaza benavente & ideal yelmo cinema. you have to ring the bell on 5th floor and go up in lift
cheap too - a tercio of alhambra beer is 1.10€
busy on sunday afternoons, you might be lucky to get a seat outside
