I love Jaleo in DC, and appreciate the white wine sangria receta. Here's mine:
2 parts white wine to 1 part rest of the stuff. Best white wines to use: fruity (chardonnay, white rioja). other stuff: some limoncello or liquor de manzana or other stuff like it (a few shots); real lemon and orange juice (squeeze away); a splash of something bubbly (could be cava, could be selzer, could be a dash of ginger ale or fanta de limon); sugar to taste. And of course, fresh fruit! I like to throw in the lemons and oranges i used for juice, plus strawberries, apples...
CHILL IT. Add ice to the glasses as you serve. Best left to macerar overnight.
