Anyone know what clubs have live, original, indie rock bands performing? Are there any Madrileno bands that are cool?

I was in Madrid in mid February and went to a club "El Sol" on Calle de los Jardines, just off plaza del Sol. Their was a band "Garage Jack" that was pretty incredible. Here's a URL:

Female lead singer that took my breathe away, incredible stage presence in the Janis Joplin/Mick Jagger energy range. From the crowds reaction, they have a very loyal following. It was pretty impressive. I didn't understand a single song until the last encore when they did a version of "I feel good" by James Brown.

Gruta 77 looks like the place for indie rock in Madrid. I saw that Les Savy Fav, The Apes, and The Mars Volta (ex-At the Drive-In) are playing at Gruta '77 on Tuesday, March 19.
