On my last trip to Madrid the breakfast scene at the hotel was a dud but I didn't have the energy that early in the morning to find something else.

Any ideas for breakfast near Metro Santo Domingo?

what a good question, i lived near the santo domingo metro stop. unfortunately, i never went in search for breakfast near there, as it always seemed that restaurants were too crowded from the gran via drift. even in my walks around plaza de espana, i don't recall seeing any breakfast type places. hold on though, i'm certain someone will write in with more info.
