Just curious if anyone else out there has frequented the bar "El Chapandaz." (Or if anyone there now is a regular?) It is near Arguelles/Moncloa. This bar was my second home in Madrid when I studied there. The atmosphere was warm, the staff was very friendly, and "El Leche De Pantera" flowed heavily. I had a ton of great nights there, recommend it and would love to go back someday. Take care...
