Try Palacio Gaviria, on C/ Arenal near Puerta del Sol. It used to be a real palace so the decor is awesome. It has several rooms that all play different types of music, and they sometimes have a special International theme where you wear a sticker saying what country you are from -- fun to meet people from random places.

I agree, Palacio de Gaviria is awesome. I spent many weekends there and I loved it. Try Joy slava too, is just 2 minutes down street from Palacio de Gaviria, Real Madrir players go there
