Just thought I´d let you all know that we got ripped for breakfast this morning at Bar Gonzalo. Right next to the Catedral inSeville. They had no menu just a verbal explanation that they had sandwiches (bocadillos) and toast(tostadas). When I asked for the bill it was 1700 pesetas. 800 pesetas for for the bocadillo (at least 2x a much as we´ve ever paid). So just say NO to Bar Gonzalo.

What a bummer! I do believe that any establishment MUST have written prices. I would have protested, asked to see the carta, made a scene. 800 for a bocadillo? Unless it was some great jamon, no way. But I'd never order a bocadillo for breakfast anyway.
