Try jamón, mojama and the thousand different delicious tapas. Accompany them with the fantastic Alhambra beers (I love Reserva 1925) or with Sherry wines like fino, manzanilla, amontillado.
If you have a sweet tooth don't miss the lovely piononos minicakes.

My advice, enjoy of one of the most beautyful places in the world, that's all.
