Hello people, whats in Aranjuez? I was planning toi go one Saturday or one Sunday in Aranjuez.Any suggestions?

If memory serves me right, Aranjuez was the pleasure palace for the Bourbon kings of Spain. I was there almost thirty years ago. I remember that in spring they have strawberries and nata, very delicious. Also, they had a collection of royal boats. That's about all I can remember besides it being beautiful.

they still have the strawberry train in the summer. a great little town, lots of history,even songs written about the town, lastly sang by the Il Divo group.

Yes, a charming place. We went there for a day out on the Tren de la Fresa and loved it.

Fantastic excursion!!!!! Fresas y crema....Vino tasting at the vinyards....beautiful countryside....I'm ready to go!!!!!
