Yes you are right. I forgot the name. My cousin took me there and explained the whole story about it. They have a fountain with a statue of 7 hands. I don't remember the story behind it.
My cousin took me to an incredible restaurant there. They specialized in grilled meats. The service was unbelievable. I recall the owner took out a bottle of liquor which was his own from Galicia and shared it with us. We were astonished how friendly people were.

Speaking of day trips from Valladolid. We also made two other great days trips from Valladolid. One to Segovia which was also beautiful and the other was to Salamanca. I can't even say which was better since they were both beautiful places to visit.

Also if anyone is in Valladolid and gets a chance go eat at the famous "Bodegas". I'm not sure exactly where they are, but I know they are just outside of Valladolid in the country. They are these underground "bodegas" where you can eat dinner. Incredible experience.
