We will be making a trip to Madrid and Sevilla (and 2 additional side/day trips) over Christmas. I assume most museums and sites are closed on Christmas day. How about Christmas Eve?

We will likely be in Seville then. Should we stay in the city or use Christmas day for a side trip? Will most restaurants be closed?

I'd like to know the same thing. Also, is there anything special going on in Seville on either Christmas Eve or Day that we shouldn't miss?

I'll add my questions for the holidays as well. My friend and I will be in Madrid for Christmas and Barcelona for New Years. How and where should we celebrate these holidays?
